Terms and Conditions

Your banner ads present your company's online image to best advantage.  Expertsites, Inc. offers graphic banner ad design services to meet your advertising goals.

Standard Static Banner Ads are $100.00 each.  Animated banners begin at $200.00; Expertsites, Inc. will quote design fees based on the number of cells required for each animation and/or revisions prior to programming the images and animation.

For each banner ordered, Expertsites, Inc. will create one static banner ad in accordance with customer instructions or as a proposal in the absence of instructions. Advance payment by check or credit card is required prior before work will be scheduled.  Your receipt of the banner by e-mail constitutes product delivery.  No refunds for artwork design charges after the first draft of the artwork is sent to you via e-mail.

FOR NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE, EXPERTSITES, INC. WILL PROGRAM ONE REVISION, IF YOU REQUEST THE REVISION WITHIN FIVE DAYS FOLLOWING THE DATE EXPERTSITES, INC. E-MAILED THE BANNER TO YOU FOR REVIEW. FURTHER REVISIONS WILL INCUR ADDITIONAL ART FEES, WITH A MINIMUM $25.00 PER REVISION. 

You will own the artwork Expertsites, Inc. sends to you, subject to the licensing terms of graphic images that may produced by Expertsites, Inc. as licensor. You may use the completed work product for any legitimate advertising purpose.
