Banner Ads and Professional Graphics Design

How we work: 

Your sales consultant will discuss your graphics requirements in conjunction with your advertising strategy and positioning on the on the Expertsites LoanStar.net Mortgage Directory.  

• To review banner specifications, click here. 
• If you have appropriate artwork, please forward it via e-mail.
• You are not required to use the graphics design services of Expertsites, Inc. if you have artwork that meets requirements for advertising in our mortgage directory.

If you do not have artwork appropriate for our mortgage directory, your sales consultant may suggest you order graphics services from Expertsites, Inc.

• We will create a static banner ad in accordance with customer instructions or as a proposal in the absence of instructions.
• We usually visit your website and try to replicate the look and feel of the online image you have created.
• We also look for special offers you make on your website to entice viewers to submit a loan application or inquiry.

Your receipt of the banner by e-mail constitutes product delivery.

• For no additional charge, we will program one revision, if you request the revision within five days following the date we e-mailed the banner to you for review.
• Additional revisions will incur additional fees.  We cannot refund artwork design charges after the first draft of the artwork is sent to you via e-mail.

You will own the artwork we send to you, subject to the licensing terms of graphic images that may produced by Expertsites, Inc. as licensor. You may use the completed work product for any legitimate advertising purpose.
